Physician & Nursing Care

If you or your loved one is finding difficulty or is no longer able to perform activities of daily living without assistance, WLC is a great option as a trustworthy community and will provide you with ease of mind. Our staff is trained to assist each person as an individual and every staff member works as a team to build a safe, secure, and skilled quality of life.

Even if your loved one is still able to provide their own care but is finding difficulty due to declines in health or memory, fall risks, or even decreased socialization – WLC may be the answer. Please do not hesitate to contact any of our homes and speak with the administrator or social services to learn more.

Each community has a physician who makes weekly or bi-weekly visits to each resident. Our physician partners are highly skilled, tenured and understand our mission and goals.

Respite & Hospice Care

WLC understands that every situation is unique. We offer respite services when a full-time caretaker is not available. This provides a safe and secure solution for short stays. Even though the care is not long-term, we will gladly provide a plan to ensure that all needs are not only met but exceeded during this type of stay.

All WLC communities work closely with the excellent hospice and home health staff in the region to provide a combination of medical, spiritual, and psychological support at the end of life.

Our staff will work closely with individual physician plans to ensure pain management and comfort is the priority.

Friends and family are encouraged to visit their loved one during this very important time. We want you to rest easy knowing the decision to choose WLC is the very best in care and encourage you to call, stop by, or email us with any questions you may have.
