Three Springs Senior Living and Rehabilitation is proud to announce Lauriel Wingerter as its new Administrator. With over a decade of experience in long-term care, Lauriel has held positions in direct care, marketing, administration, and regional career development. Her broad range of skills and experience will play a pivotal role in continuing to deliver high-quality care to Three Springs’ residents.

Lauriel is a Chester native, where she attended St. John Lutheran School and graduated from Chester High School in 2008. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from Southern Illinois University in 2012. Currently, Lauriel resides in Red Bud, IL, where she’s an active member of St. John Lutheran Church. Her two children attend Red Bud Lutheran, and she enjoys staying involved in their sporting events. Outside of her busy professional life, Lauriel is an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoys staying active.

Her commitment to providing exceptional care and fostering trust within the community aligns perfectly with the mission of Three Springs Senior Living. Under Lauriel’s leadership, the facility will continue to thrive, ensuring residents receive top-notch service in a caring and supportive environment.

Imboden Creek Senior Living Appoints Caren Williams as Director of Nursing

Imboden Creek Senior Living and Rehabilitation is excited to welcome Caren Williams as the new Director of Nursing. With an impressive 25 years of healthcare experience, Caren brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the residents and staff at Imboden Creek. Her passion for patient care, combined with her expertise, makes her an invaluable addition to the team.

Caren grew up in Cisne, IL, and is a proud graduate of Cisne High School and Richland College. With deep roots in the community, she’s excited to return to Imboden Creek. “I’m happy to be back at Imboden Creek Senior Living & Rehabilitation and happy to see all the improvements in the building and staffing,” Caren said.

Beyond her professional career, Caren lives just outside Mt. Zion, IL, on an 80-acre property with her husband, Thomas. Together, they operate a trucking company while also building a new home. Caren’s family is no stranger to service, as her stepdaughter recently achieved the rank of Chief in the Navy, further emphasizing their commitment to serving others.

Caren’s leadership will focus on enhancing the quality of care for residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort remain a top priority. Her experience and dedication position Imboden Creek for continued success as a place where residents receive compassionate care in a warm, homelike environment.
